Vegetarian is NOT the best for health, a paleotholic diet is the most healthiest nutrient rich diet, our bodies have eaten this way for millions of years, it has only been the last few thousand that we have had refined and non-refined grains (breads, oats, wheat etc) that our bodies are not adapted to eat!

A paleo diet contains High Protein, High Fat and Low Carbs, PLENTY of fatty meat cooked as little as possible, PLENTY of oily fish, raw/part cooked veggies and fruit, nuts and oils. Basically anything that a caveman would have available for food. Having such a controlled low carb intake allows the body to use bodyfat as it’s main energy source, which reduces fat on the body, increases immune system and health and reduces the insulin spikes and drops that cause drowsiness and depression/stress/illness/headaches/you name it. This is the diet that diabetes sufferers were put on before inject-able insulin was introduced, and is, by FAR, the mostly healthiest diet possible for the human body.

@ravi Being a vegetarian isn’t the best for health. You need maintain a healthy balance of all the food groups, and stay physically active on a daily basis. If you’re trying to achieve six pack abs you need to have a low body fat percentage which can only be accomplished by extensive physical training and healthy eating.

I love reading your blog! You have some great information to share! I think that Quinoa also gets six-pack abs! I agree with everyone’s comments as well – no vegetarianism! Flex-it-arianism (mostly fruit/vegetables with Protein added in).

Some people say not to take naps during the day because you will not sleep as good at night but I disagree. I usually try to take a power nap, 45 minute nap, during the day to rest my body and release some development hormone during the day and I always sleep good at night.
